Neodymium Magnetic Filter for DN50 Pressurized Liquid Lines

Our DN50 magnetic filters with 1 neodymium bar measuring Ø25x290 mm are manufactured by us and supplied with a Gauss certificate. The inlet and outlet connections of the DN50 magnetic filter are produced with union fittings.

As standard, it can operate up to 80°C temperature. Upon request, we can also manufacture high-temperature resistant versions suitable for operation up to 150°C.

This union-type magnetic filter, commonly used by food companies, is also used in heating and natural gas installations. Our company certifies the magnetic filters it manufactures as food-compatible. They are delivered with a food-grade certificate. It can be safely used in the metal separation processes of many food products.

Technical Details

The minimum Fe particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm. The complete filter magnet can be manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel or 316L grade stainless steel. The surface of the bar magnet is polished. The filter body has a sandblasted surface. It is fully stainless and leak-proof. The tolerance value is ±3 mm.
