Magnetic barrel separators, which are our own production, are generally used in metal separation processes in food, plastic and mining companies. In sectors such as granulated sugar, flour, pulses, plastic granules, it is ideal for separating the metal parts mixed into the products. We manufacture using both very strong neodymium magnets and ferrite magnets as magnet types.

Product Features:

• High Temperature Resistance: If desired, products can be manufactured to withstand temperatures up to 150°C. A standard neodymium magnet can withstand temperatures of 80°C. Standard magnets are used unless otherwise specified.
  
• Stainless Steel Construction: Our complete stainless steel sleeve type drawer neodymium magnet magnetic separator product has 300x300 mm inlet and outlet dimensions. It is covered with stainless steel material and shows high resistance to corrosion.
• Food Safety: Our products have BRC and HACCP food safety certificates and do not harm food. Sleeve type magnetic sieves with neodymium magnets maintain the same strength for many years.
• High Gauss Value: Our products are very strong magnets with high gauss value. They are produced in our own production facilities. Drawer neodymium sieve magnet can be produced at desired high gauss values.
• Assembly and Cleaning: It is mounted at the points where your products are spilled and provides effective cleaning of the falling products. It can be manufactured as easy to clean.
• Material: It is covered with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel preferred by food production companies.
