Stainless Steel Chassis Magnetic Plate

Our in-house manufactured magnetic sleeve separators are widely used in food, plastic, and mining industries for metal separation processes. They effectively remove metal contaminants from products like powdered sugar, flour, legumes, and plastic granules. We manufacture both powerful neodymium and ferrite magnet versions.

While standard neodymium magnets operate at 80°C, we also produce high-temperature versions resistant up to 150°C. Standard magnets are used unless otherwise specified. Our complete stainless steel drawer-type magnetic separator features 300x300 mm inlet/outlet dimensions.

The mounting holes of plate magnets can be determined according to customer requirements and desired specifications. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm.

The surface plate of the magnet can be manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted finish. The mounting surface is painted. Upon request, the product can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Additionally, handles made of chrome or bakelite can be added. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
