Magnetic chip conveyors are used in CNC and milling machines to transfer chips removed from the material out of the machine. Ferromagnetic chip waste is transported to the desired distance with the help of magnets and emptied into the waste bin.

Magnetic conveyors, also known as chip and swarf waste conveyors, are used in many different industries. Magnetic conveyors, which minimize the risk of workplace accidents, are manufactured in the desired dimensions on press lines. Since chips and metal waste do not come into direct contact with the magnets, they can be used for many years. 

The magnetic conveyor systems we manufacture are designed specifically for the process and the material to be conveyed.

The pulling force can be produced in the range of 50 – 1000 kg/m depending on the application.

The magnetic field strength is designed between 1000 – 5000 Gauss on the surface, providing optimum performance for different sectors and material types.

-Chassis Options: Complete stainless steel or painted carbon steel body options are offered.

-Special RAL Color Option: Painting in the desired RAL code can be done upon request.

-Temperature Resistance: The magnet structure can be selected in the range of 0°C – 200°C according to the working environment.

-Leakproof Design: Depending on the need, the product can be manufactured in a completely leakproof and completely stainless steel structure.
