It is designed to help capture ferrous contaminants such as iron particles, steel fragments, metal chips, screws, nuts and similar magnetic impurities from raw materials passing through the production line.

This model is equipped with Ø18 mm neodymium magnetic bars, providing high magnetic holding performance in limited installation areas. With a surface magnetic strength of 10,000 Gauss, it offers effective protection against fine ferrous particles. Its round frame design allows easy installation at silo outlets, small feeding hoppers, sieve inlets and dry powder transfer points.

The stainless steel body structure supports hygienic use in food production environments. It is especially suitable for dry flowing materials such as sugar and flour, where metal contamination control is required without significantly restricting product flow. The minimum catchable Fe particle size is 0.03 mm. The grate magnet can be manufactured entirely from 304-grade stainless steel or 316L-grade stainless steel. The surface of the magnetic bars is polished, while the grate frame has a sandblasted surface. The product is fully stainless steel and leak-proof. Upon request, a chrome handle can also be added to the grate magnet. The tolerance value is ±1 mm.
