For the Neodymium Bullet Magnet, which is one of the core products of our magnetic separator group, you can place an order only for the core. It can also be custom-manufactured in tailored lengths upon request. With its aerodynamic design and high-quality stainless steel structure, our entirely in-house produced bullet magnets are widely utilized for the purification of food products, serving as highly efficient separators in flour mills and soda factories. Designed to ensure uninterrupted material flow, this system prevents clogging; conversely, the flowing materials bounce off the magnetic core towards the outer walls, optimizing the separation process.
Installation and Cleaning Procedures
Thanks to its flanged structure, the bullet-type magnet is installed between two pipeline sections so that the magnetic core stands perfectly vertical relative to the product stream. Both the housing of the magnetic separator and the magnetic core are constructed entirely from stainless steel materials. When the magnetic core captures accumulated ferrous dust and particles, cleaning is performed manually by simply opening the inspection door. Thanks to the integrated distributor cone located on the bullet body, the incoming product flows homogeneously over the magnetic core surface.
Bullet magnets can be equipped with extremely powerful Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) alloy or Strontium Ferrite magnets. Internal guide deflectors ensure that the bulk material is directed as close to the magnet surface as possible. This configuration guarantees that the entire volume of the product passes directly through the intensive magnetic field, making optimal contact with the magnet.
