Our neodymium bullet magnets, made entirely of stainless steel for aerodynamic durability, are of our own production. They are used for cleaning food products and can be utilized as magnets in flour mills and soda factories. They do not cause blockages in the flow of food. On the contrary, they allow the material produced to bounce off the magnet and scatter to the sides.

This type of magnet is the most frequently used for cleaning your products of metals. It is often preferred for powdery products, such as:

Since the bullet-type magnet is produced with a flange, it is mounted between two pipes where the product flows, with the magnetic core positioned vertically. The body of the magnetic separator and the magnetic core are made entirely of stainless material. When the magnetic core catches dust, it is manually cleaned by opening the cover. Thanks to the distributor section on the bullet body, the product flows homogeneously onto the magnetic body. The bullet magnet can be made from very powerful neodymium-iron-boron alloy or strontium ferrite magnets. The guide directs inside the casing to ensure the material is directed as close as possible to the magnet surface. Thus, the entire product moves within the magnetic field and comes into contact with the magnet.

Installation and Use

When installing the bullet magnet, dry powder or large-sized products should be allowed to fall freely onto the magnetic core. Products flowing freely downward disperse by coming into contact with the conical magnet. Metal particles within the product safely adhere to the body of the magnet. The surface of the magnet, mounted on the bullet magnet cover, which is manually opened by the operator, is cleaned by hand.
