The 87-GZ-O series Ø150xØ150 mm neodymium drawer magnet is designed for precise separation of ferromagnetic particles from granular or powder materials in food, plastic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It includes two Ø25 mm high-strength neodymium magnetic bars positioned to intercept the product flow and capture metal contamination with high efficiency.

DRAWER DESIGN FOR EASY CLEANING

Thanks to its drawer-style construction, the magnet rods can be easily accessed and cleaned. Metal particles adhere to the bars during operation and can be quickly removed by sliding the drawer out. This feature is especially useful in continuous production lines, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.

FOOD-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL BODY (304/316)

Manufactured using AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, this bullet magnet offers excellent resistance to corrosion and is suitable for hygienic applications. It can safely operate up to 80°C and is customizable for different system sizes and needs.

GAUSS-CERTIFIED NEODYMIUM POWER

Equipped with powerful NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) cores, the magnetic bars can capture even micron-sized ferromagnetic dust. Upon request, a Gauss measurement report can be provided for quality verification.
