These magnetic separators, which we produce with BRC and HACCP food grade certifications, do not harm food. Neodymium magnet-equipped sleeve-type magnetic sieves maintain their strength for many years. By being installed at the points where your products are spilled, they ensure very good cleaning of the spilled products. These neodymium sieve magnets are covered with stainless steel material. It is coated with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, preferred by food production companies.

It has very high corrosion resistance. Our products are very strong magnets with high gauss. They are manufactured in our own production facility.

Neodymium sieve magnets with drawers can be produced in the high gauss values you require.

We manufacture magnetic separators with a standard operating temperature of 80°C and resistance up to 250°C.

Technical Details
The magnet connection can be single or double-sided. The minimum Fe-particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm. The bar magnet's protective casing can be made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. The bar magnet surface is polished. It is completely stainless and leakproof. A handle made of chrome, aluminum, or bakelite can be added to the magnet upon request. The bar magnet's tolerance value is +/- 1 mm.
