This 280x280 mm drawer-type magnetic separator is designed to remove ferrous contaminants from free-flowing bulk materials such as powders, granules, and flakes. Equipped with 7 powerful Ø25 mm neodymium magnetic bars, it delivers up to 10,000 Gauss magnetic strength for maximum separation efficiency.

As the material flows through the unit, iron particles are attracted and held by the high-intensity neodymium rods, preventing them from entering the downstream process. The sliding drawer design allows for quick and easy removal of magnetic bars for cleaning and maintenance. Its 304 stainless steel housing makes it suitable for hygienic environments such as food and pharmaceutical production.
