Our 300x300 mm square grid magnet separator is fully made of stainless steel, designed to be liquid-resistant and leak-proof, and is meticulously manufactured in our own facilities. These separators are installed at the outlets of pipelines or pouring points in factories to effectively capture metal particles from products such as food, plastic, glass, and ceramics. These square grid magnets, capable of attracting even invisible metal dust in the air, can be custom-made in various sizes and magnetic strengths according to your company's needs.

Our magnetic grid magnets are certified by performing magnetic measurements in accordance with international standards such as BRC and HACCP. Our products are coated with high-quality stainless steel materials like AISI 304 and AISI 316, which are preferred in food production. These magnets, highly resistant to corrosion, offer strong magnetic attraction with high gauss values and can be manufactured to be easily cleanable. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.

The standard operating temperature is 80°C, with magnetic separators available that can withstand temperatures up to 250°C.
