Custom Design Handle Bar Magnet - N45SH - 150°C Resistant

Manufactured with Ø32x300 mm dimensions, this Neodymium Rod Magnet is designed to prevent metal contamination in liquid processing lines with its 10000 Gauss magnetic strength, M8 threaded connection and bakelite handle, sealed body and 150°C temperature resistance.

The Neodymium Rod Magnet is specially manufactured for high-performance magnetic separation applications. With a diameter of 32 mm and a length of 300 mm, this magnetic rod provides easy installation for magnetic filter systems.

The product captures iron and ferromagnetic metal particles effectively with a maximum 10000 Gauss magnetic field strength. It is especially preferred in liquid processing lines to minimize the risk of metal contamination within products.

Food Grade with Gauss Measurement Report

These magnetic separators, produced with BRC and HACCP food compliance certification, do not harm food products. Neodymium magnetic sleeve-type magnetic sieves maintain their strength for many years. Installed at product discharge points, they ensure highly effective cleaning of falling materials. These neodymium sieve magnets are coated with stainless steel.

They are coated with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, which are widely preferred by food manufacturing companies. Their resistance to corrosion is very high. Our products are high-gauss, extremely powerful magnets and are manufactured in our own production facility.

Drawer-type Neodymium sieve magnets can be produced at the desired high gauss levels. The standard operating temperature is 80°C, and we manufacture magnetic separators resistant up to 250°C.

Technical Details

Magnet connection can be made on one side or both sides. The minimum capturable Fe particle size is 0.03 mm. The protective sleeve of the bar magnet can be manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel or 316L grade stainless steel. The bar magnet surface is polished. It is fully stainless and leak-proof. Upon request, handles made of chrome, aluminum, or bakelite materials can be added to the magnet. The tolerance value of the bar magnet is ± 1 mm.
