Our stainless steel grid magnet separators, fully made of stainless steel, are designed to be liquid-resistant and leak-proof with a size of 350x200 mm, carefully manufactured in our own production facilities. These separators, which are mounted at the outlets of pipelines or pouring points in factory production lines, effectively collect metal particles from products such as food, plastic, glass, and ceramics. These square grid magnets, capable of attracting even invisible metal dust in the air, can be produced in various sizes and magnetic strengths tailored to your company's needs.

Our magnetic grid magnets are certified by performing magnetic measurements in accordance with international standards such as BRC and HACCP. Our products are coated with high-quality stainless steel materials, such as AISI 304 and AISI 316, which are preferred in food production. These magnets, which are highly resistant to corrosion, offer strong magnetic attraction with high gauss values and can be manufactured to be easily cleanable. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.

Our products, offering high corrosion resistance and strong gauss values, can also be produced in drawer designs. The standard operating temperature is 80°C, with magnetic separators available that withstand temperatures up to 250°C.
