Double plate magnetic separators are specially manufactured and are generally preferred by companies producing food and plastic.

These separators with pulling power up to 500 kg effectively collect metal pieces in the product and even metal dust in the air.

Our products are equipped with extremely powerful magnets with high gauss values. Magnetic separators designed to be waterproof can be used without any problems in wet and humid environments.

Additionally, since the surfaces of magnets that come into contact with food are covered with stainless material, they comply with food safety standards and do not pose any problems.

The mounting holes of plate magnets can be determined according to customer requirements and desired specifications. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm.

The surface plate of the magnet can be manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted finish. The mounting surface is painted. Upon request, the product can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Additionally, handles made of chrome or bakelite can be added. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
