Magnetic Plate on Conveyor Belt

The magnetic plate we produce from ferrite magnets is mounted beneath the conveyor belt to enable automatic cleaning of the system. This system captures metals and transfers them from the belt's end to another collection area.

Permanent Magnetic Power

The plate, produced with a stainless steel exterior, provides continuous magnetic power without the need for electrical input. However, the motor installed to rotate the belt operates on electricity.

Long Lifespan and Maintenance-Free

The system is durable and does not require regular maintenance. However, the conveyor belt may eventually wear out over time and will need to be replaced.

The mounting holes of plate magnets can be determined according to customer requirements and desired specifications. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm.

The surface plate of the magnet can be manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted finish. The mounting surface is painted. Upon request, the product can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Additionally, handles made of chrome or bakelite can be added. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
