Plate Magnet Specially Designed for Sunflower Oil Lines

The stainless steel and leak-proof plate magnet produced from neodymium magnets measures 400x210x42 mm. Plate magnets manufactured in custom sizes and dimensions require no maintenance and have a long service life. These plate magnets, which can be placed on a conveyor belt, serve as magnetic separators used for metal detection in foods passing underneath. The attraction distance varies depending on the thickness of the magnet.

The plate has M10 screw holes at its four corners, making installation extremely simple. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C; however, you can request products that are resistant to higher temperatures, and you can contact us for more information about plate magnets.

Technical Details

The mounting holes for the plate magnet can be specified according to the desired specifications upon customer request. The minimum detectable Fe-particle size is 0.03 mm (30 microns). The surface sheet of the plate magnet can be made of 304 grade stainless steel or 316L grade stainless steel and has a sandblasted surface. The connection surface is painted. It can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. A handle made of chrome or bakelite can also be added. The tolerance value is ±3 mm.
