DN100 dirt catcher magnetic filter is designed to protect system equipment by capturing metal particles, chips and deposits circulating in plumbing and closed circuit systems with a high-power neodymium magnet. With a magnetic field strength of 7000 Gauss, a cast body structure, and a temperature resistance of 80°C, it is a long-lasting and reliable solution.

DN100 magnetic dirt arrester filter provides effective separation of iron, steel and ferromagnetic particles formed in the system, especially in heating, cooling and industrial liquid lines. Ø25x250 mm neodium magnet located in the filter prevents damage to equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers and boilers by holding the metal impurities carried during the liquid flow in a strong way.

While the cast body structure offers high strength against mechanical impacts and pressure, it can be safely used in different installation applications with a working pressure of 1 bar and temperature resistance up to 80 degrees. Thanks to the connection point on the magnetic filter cover, the magnet can be easily removed, making maintenance and cleaning operations quick and convenient.
