6 Bar - 10,000 Gauss Magnetic Filter on Stainless Armor Surface
Neodymium magnet magnetic filters can operate at temperatures up to 80°C as standard. The maximum operating temperature of this product is 80°C. Alternatively, N35SH quality magnetic filters can withstand temperatures up to 150°C and are produced on special requests. These magnetic magnetic filter separators, which are suitable for use in food companies, are our own production and are produced in special sizes and specifications for your company. Delivered as food certified, these filters can be safely used in metal separation processes of many foods.

  • High Attraction Power: Our neodymium magnetic filters offer five times more gauss value than ferrite-ceramic magnets. They are made of neodymium magnets with high gravity to capture even the smallest metal particles in food.
  • Food Certified: It complies with BRC and HACCP standards and is certified by TÜBİTAK. It is completely harmless to food and can be used safely by all food companies.
  • Stainless and Corrosion Resistant: It is made of AISI304 stainless steel material and is resistant to corrosion. It can be easily used in environments where there is interaction with liquid.
