6-Bar - 10,000 Gauss Magnetic Filter on Stainless Steel Armor Surface

Magnetic filters with neodymium magnets can work up to a temperature of 80°C as standard. This is also the maximum operating temperature for the product you are examining. Alternatively, the N35SH quality magnetic filter can withstand temperatures up to 150°C. We manufacture it specifically upon request. These magnetic magnetic filter separators, which are suitable for the use of food companies, are our own production. We have production in special sizes and specifications for your company. Food is delivered as certified. It is safely used in the metal separation processes of many foods.

The neodium magnetic filters that we have produced are stainless with high attractive power. It is food certified and completely harmless to your food. It can be used safely by all food companies.

The magnet measurement values of our magnetic filters with neodium magnets comply with the BRC and HACCP standards. Our magnetic filters are certified by TÜBİTAK. This certificate will be delivered with the product when you purchase it.

  • In order to capture the smallest metal fragments in food, the product was made of neodium magnets with high gravitational force. Our neodymium magnetic filters offer five times the gauss value compared to ferrite-ceramic magnets. Our products are manufactured to be corrosion-resistant.
  • The production of these neodymium magnet filters belongs entirely to us and is a domestic production. Since it is our own production, we have the capacity to manufacture magnetic filters in the sizes and gauss strengths you require. 
  • Can be used easily in environments with liquid interaction.
  • It can operate in environments up to a maximum temperature of 80°C.

Food Grade Magnetic Filter with Gauss Measurement Report

These magnetic separators that we produce with BRC and HACCP food conformity certificates do not harm food. Neodymium magnet-based sleeve-type magnetic grids maintain their strength for many years.
