Our locally manufactured DN200 magnetic separator features a double-walled stainless steel drawer with N35 magnets, designed for high-temperature resistance. This easy-to-clean magnetic grid has 200mm inlet and outlet diameters. We supply these food-grade magnetic grid separators to numerous companies, offering customizable sizes and magnetic strength options. We utilize neodymium magnets for optimal metal particle capture.

The neodymium magnetic drawer -type grids maintain their magnetic strength for many years. When installed at product discharge points, they effectively clean falling products.

Why We Use 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Coating

These stainless steel grades are ideal for food production facilities. Austenitic stainless steel contains approximately 10% chromium, which quickly forms a passive protective layer when exposed to oxygen. This prevents harmful corrosive layers and creates a highly resistant surface, making our magnetic grid separators suitable for food industry applications.
