DN350 Neodymium Füze Magnet Features

One of our magnetic separator group products, the Neodymium bulletmagnet DN350 x 570 mm has inlet and outlet dimensions. The total length of the bullet magnet is 1000 mm. Our neodymium bullet magnets (bullet magnets), which are made of aerodynamically robust stainless steel, are completely our own production. It is used for cleaning food products. It can be used as a magnet for flour factory, for soda factory. It does not cause blockage in the flow of food. On the contrary, it ensures that the materials being processed bounce off the edges after hitting the magnet.

How Is It Installed and Cleaned?

Since the bullet -type magnet is produced with a flange, it is installed between two pipes through which the product flows, with the magnetic core positioned perpendicular to the pipes. The body of the magnetic separator and the magnetic core are manufactured entirely from stainless steel. When the magnetic core captures particles, its cover is opened and manual cleaning is performed. Thanks to the distributor chamber on the separator body, the product flows homogeneously onto the magnetic core.

The bullet magnet can be manufactured from either a very strong neodymium-iron-boron alloy or strontium ferrite magnets. The guide rails within the housing ensure that the material is directed as closely as possible to the magnet surface. Thus, the entire product moves within the magnetic field and comes into contact with the magnet.

The entire body is stainless steel and leak-proof. Core magnets can be manufactured using Neodymium or Ferrite magnets with a magnetic field strength between 3000-8000 Gauss. The tolerance value is +- 3 mm.
