Gaussmeter is used to measure the amount of gauss on the surfaces of magnets, electromagnets and other magnetic equipment. The JCZ-20 magnetometer directly measures the amount of magnetization during the processing of ferromagnetic materials and components and can also be used in post-demagnetization measurements.

How to Use a Gaussmeter?

This gaussmeter has high sensitivity. It is recommended to make measurements by shifting in the east-west direction. There should be no magnetic field in the test environment. During measurement, the gaussmeter is marked with an arrow attached to the object to be tested and moved to either side of the meter. The maximum value measured while moving gives the amount of gauss on the surface of the object.
