The mounting holes of the plate magnet can be designed according to the specifications requested by the customer. The minimum detectable ferrous particle size is 0.03 mm. The surface plate of the plate magnet can be manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel or 316L-grade stainless steel and has a sandblasted surface finish. The mounting surface is painted. The product can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. A chrome or Bakelite handle can also be added. The tolerance value is ±3 mm.
