Our domestically manufactured sheet metal separator magnet is designed to efficiently separate large quantities of sheet metal products. This separation magnet minimizes manual labor requirements and effectively separates all thin metal sheets from each other.

APPLICATION:

Sheet metals, whether pre-manufactured or post-production, are typically stacked together. As weight accumulates, they become increasingly adhered to each other, making separation difficult. Our sheet metal separation magnet provides an easy solution for separating stacked metal sheets effortlessly.

All products are manufactured in our facility with quality control measures and necessary certifications for food industry compliance.

The mounting holes of sheet separator plate magnets can be determined according to customer requirements and desired specifications. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm.

The magnet surface plate can be manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted finish. The mounting surface is painted. Upon request, the product can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
