This plate magnet with neodymium magnets is specially designed for use on conveyor belts with a length of 1200 mm. It acts as a magnetic separator, passing under the food and ensuring metal cleanliness. The attraction distance varies depending on the thickness of the magnet.

The mounting holes of plate magnets can be determined according to customer requirements and desired specifications. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm.

The surface plate of the magnet can be manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted finish. The mounting surface is painted. Upon request, the product can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Additionally, handles made of chrome or bakelite can be added. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
