Our 150x150 mm square grate magnet separator, made entirely from stainless steel and suitable for liquids, is manufactured in our own facilities. It is installed at the outlet pipes or discharge areas in factories, effectively removing metals from products such as food, plastic, glass, and ceramics. These square grate magnets, capable of attracting even invisible metal dust in the air, can be custom-made to specific sizes and magnetic strengths for your company.

Magnetic Grate Magnets Certification and Material

Our magnetic grate magnets are certified with magnet measurements according to BRC, HACCP, and other standards. They are covered with stainless steel material. They are coated with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, which are preferred by food production companies. They have a very high resistance to corrosion. Our products are powerful magnets with high gauss, manufactured in our own production facility. Neodymium grate magnets with drawers can be produced at the desired high gauss levels. They can be manufactured to be easily cleaned. Maximum operating temperature is 80°C.
