Liquid separators can be manufactured in non-standard dimensions with different capacities and magnetic strengths according to customer requirements. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.05 mm.

The magnet surface plate is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a sandblasted finish, while the body plate is made of painted steel.

The system provides high-efficiency separation performance through the combination of a magnetic drum and a pressure drum. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
