These separators are installed at the outlets of pipelines or pouring points in factory environments to effectively capture metal particles from products such as food, plastic, glass, and ceramics. These grid magnets, capable of attracting even invisible metal dust in the air, can be custom-made in various sizes and magnetic strengths to meet your company's specific needs.

Our magnetic grid magnets are certified by performing magnetic measurements in accordance with international standards such as BRC and HACCP. Our products are coated with high-quality stainless steel materials like AISI 304 and AISI 316, which are preferred in food production. These magnets, highly resistant to corrosion, offer strong magnetic attraction with high gauss values and can be manufactured to be easily cleanable. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.
