9000 Gauss Neodymium Round Grid Magnet

Our fully stainless, liquid-compatible, and sealed 250 mm diameter grid magnet separator is manufactured in our own facilities. It is mounted on the outlet pipes of product flows or at discharge points in factories. In this way, metals are removed from materials such as food, plastic, glass, and ceramics. Grid magnets that can even capture invisible airborne metal dust can be manufactured in custom sizes and magnetic strengths according to your company’s requirements.

Our magnetic grid magnets are measured according to BRC, HACCP and other standards, and a certificate is issued.

Drawer-type neodymium grid magnets can be produced at the high gauss values you require. The standard operating temperature is 80°C, and we also manufacture magnetic separators resistant up to 250°C.
