This bar magnet is made of a 25 mm diameter neodymium magnet and has a length of 100 mm. A standard magnetic bar produced at this diameter has a pulling power of 7000 Gauss. If you require a product with a higher power, you can filter through the category. Our magnetic rod magnets are used to clean metal particles and dust from your products, ensuring that your products are free from metal contamination. This also helps to maintain the health of your machinery. Our products are easy to mount and are designed with stainless steel, making them suitable for use in all food manufacturing facilities. They are made of food-grade materials. These high magnetic power neodymium magnets easily attract even the smallest metal dust and particles. Our neodymium magnetic rods offer five times more Gauss pulling power compared to ferrite-ceramic magnets. Additionally, our products are corrosion-resistant.

These magnetic separators, produced with BRC and HACCP food-grade certifications, do not harm food products. The neodymium magnet-based sleeve-type magnetic sieves retain their pulling power for many years. They are installed at the points where your products are poured, ensuring excellent cleaning of the fallen products.

  • These neodymium sieve magnets are coated with stainless steel and are made from AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, which are preferred by food production companies.
  • They have a very high resistance to corrosion. Our products are strong magnets with high Gauss power and are produced in our own production facility.
  • Drawer-type neodymium sieve magnets can also be produced at the desired Gauss levels.
  • The standard working temperature is 80°C, but we also produce magnetic separators that can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C.
