The Ø25x500 mm neodymium rod magnet features double-sided M8 threaded connections, a sealed housing, and 7000 Gauss magnetic strength, designed to remove metal contaminants from sunflower seed processing lines.

The Ø25x500 mm neodymium rod magnet is specifically designed for separating ferromagnetic metal contaminants from dry and granular food products, such as sunflower seeds.
Thanks to its M8 internal threaded ends on both sides, it can be easily integrated into magnetic grates, magnetic screens, and custom separation systems.

Equipped with high-performance neodymium magnets, the rod generates a 7000 Gauss magnetic field, ensuring effective capture of even fine metal particles.
Its sealed housing structure provides hygienic and safe use in food processing environments. The magnetic core is suitable for operation up to 80°C, delivering stable performance under continuous production conditions.

Food-Grade with Gauss Measurement Report

These magnetic separators, produced with BRC and HACCP food compliance certifications, do not harm food products. Neodymium magnetic sleeve-type sieve magnets maintain their strength for many years. Installed at the points where your products are poured, they provide excellent cleaning of falling materials. These neodymium sieve magnets are coated with stainless steel.
 
They are coated with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, which are commonly preferred by food manufacturing companies. They have very high resistance to corrosion. Our products are very powerful magnets with high Gauss values and are manufactured in our own production facility.
Neodymium sieve magnets with drawer systems can be produced at the high Gauss levels you require. The standard operating temperature is 80°C, and we also manufacture magnetic separators that can withstand temperatures up to 250°C.

 

Technical Details

Magnet connections can be made single-sided or double-sided. The minimum Fe particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm. The protective sleeve of the bar magnet can be manufactured from 304 quality stainless steel or 316L quality stainless steel. The bar magnet surface is polished. It is completely stainless and leak-proof. Upon request, a handle made of chrome, aluminum, or bakelite can also be added to the magnet. The tolerance value of the bar magnet is ±1 mm.
