The Ø50x29 mm electro permanent electromagnet is a special magnetic holding device designed to release the workpiece when electrical energy is applied. With 24V – 8W operating power, 500N / 50 kg holding force, and M8 female threaded connection, it provides a reliable magnetic holding solution for automation systems, robotic applications, and industrial handling equipment. The permanent magnet assisted electromagnetic structure ensures that the magnetic force remains active even when power is cut.
The Ø50x29 mm permanent magnet electromagnet is an industrial magnetic holding system designed with electropermanent technology. In this design, an internal permanent magnet core continuously generates magnetic force and keeps holding the object even when electrical power is not supplied.
To release the part, a short electrical pulse is applied, which cancels the magnetic circuit and allows the object to be released. Therefore, the system releases when energized, making it ideal for controlled automation processes.
