The stainless and leak-proof plate magnet, manufactured with ferrite magnets, has dimensions of 600x500x200 mm. Plate magnets produced in custom sizes and dimensions require no maintenance and offer a long service life. These plate magnets, which can be positioned above conveyor belts, act as magnetic separators for removing metal contaminants from materials passing underneath. The attraction distance varies depending on the thickness of the magnet.

Production According to Technical Drawings

All of our production processes are carried out completely based on technical drawings. For custom production requests, a technical drawing is first prepared and submitted to you. Production begins only after your approval is received for the connection types, connection dimensions, and all product dimensions shown on the technical drawing.

Technical Details

The connection holes of the plate magnet can be determined according to the requested specifications and the customer's requirements. The minimum Fe particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm (30 microns). The surface sheet of the plate magnet can be manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel or 316L grade stainless steel and has a sandblasted surface. The connection surface is painted. It can also be manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Chrome or Bakelite handles can also be added. The tolerance value is ±3 mm.
