Ø76x300 MM CK-YMG FERRITE DRUM MAGNET – COMPACT AND EFFICIENT METAL SEPARATOR
The CK-YMG series Ø76x300 mm ferrite drum magnet is a reliable magnetic separator developed for removing ferromagnetic contaminants in compact production lines. Specifically designed for use in limited spaces, this model offers high performance despite its small diameter. The ferrite magnetic core system generates a continuous magnetic field across the drum surface, efficiently capturing metal particles.
AUTOMATIC SEPARATION COMPATIBLE WITH CONVEYOR BELTS
This drum magnet is integrated at the end of conveyor belt systems to automatically separate metal particles without requiring an additional process. Metals attracted to the rotating drum surface are directed to a separate discharge chute, while non-magnetic materials exit through another outlet. This setup enhances product purity and ensures process safety.
STAINLESS STEEL BODY AND HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
The product features a 304-grade stainless steel body that is resistant to harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to its ferrite magnets, it can operate safely at temperatures up to 150°C. It offers a long-lasting, maintenance-free solution in both production lines and recycling applications.

CK-YMG drum magnets can be manufactured in different diameters and lengths depending on application requirements. For processes requiring higher magnetic force, neodymium magnet alternatives are also available.

Magnetic drums can be manufactured in non-standard dimensions, different capacities and magnetic strengths according to customer requirements. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm and/or 0.05 mm.
The drum magnet can be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted surface finish. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.
The magnetic drums manufactured by our company are available in full magnetic and half magnetic configurations, providing suitable solutions for different process requirements. Thanks to the high-efficiency magnetic field design, they enable continuous and effective separation of ferromagnetic materials.
