The CK-YMG series Ø76x300 mm ferrite drum magnet is a reliable magnetic separator developed for removing ferromagnetic contaminants in compact production lines. The ferrite magnetic core system generates a continuous magnetic field across the drum surface, efficiently capturing metal particles.

AUTOMATIC SEPARATION COMPATIBLE WITH CONVEYOR BELTS

This drum magnet is integrated at the end of conveyor belt systems to automatically separate metal particles without requiring an additional process. Metals attracted to the rotating drum surface are directed to a separate discharge chute, while non-magnetic materials exit through another outlet. This setup enhances product purity and ensures process safety.

STAINLESS STEEL BODY AND HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE

The product features a 304-grade stainless steel body that is resistant to harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to its ferrite magnets, it can operate safely at temperatures up to 150°C. It offers a long-lasting, maintenance-free solution in both production lines and recycling applications.
