Our portable drum magnet is designed for convenient desktop use. It's ideal for testing, hobby purposes, or educational applications. The magnetic drum installs at the belt end instead of the drive drum, eliminating the need for secondary metal particle separation.

We manufacture these separators using either powerful Neodymium Magnets or Ferrite Magnets, based on separation requirements and product specifications. Custom lengths and magnetic strengths are available to meet your needs.

Our magnetic separators, certified with BRC and HACCP food compliance, ensure complete food safety. The neodymium magnetic grid-type separators maintain consistent strength over many years. Installation at product discharge points ensures thorough cleaning of falling products.

Magnetic drums can be manufactured in non-standard dimensions, different capacities and magnetic strengths according to customer requirements. The minimum ferrous particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm and/or 0.05 mm.

The drum magnet can be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel and features a sandblasted surface finish. The manufacturing tolerance is ±3 mm.

The magnetic drums manufactured by our company are available in full magnetic and half magnetic configurations, providing suitable solutions for different process requirements. Thanks to the high-efficiency magnetic field design, they enable continuous and effective separation of ferromagnetic materials.
