These electromagnets, used for transportation purposes in sizes of Ø80x60 mm (80 mm diameter, 60 mm height), can carry materials weighing up to 100 kg. It is frequently preferred in applications such as CNC machines, robotic systems, automation lines, and parts handling, as well as services like cap handling, pipe handling, and box handling. The outer protection of our product can be made of 304-grade stainless steel or zinc coating. Thanks to its M6 female connection, it facilitates easy installation, while its flat surface provides maximum grip.

Performance Warning
The power values were determined under ideal conditions. To obtain the maximum efficiency from the magnet, the requirements are as follows:
- The contact surface must be smooth.
- The contact surface must be clean.
- The contact surface must be smooth/regular.
- The drawn material must have a thick cross-section
- The drawn material must be low-alloy carbon steel
In real-world usage scenarios, if the above requirements are not met, the pulling force may decrease significantly. For example, the greater the air gap between the electromagnet and the material being pulled, or the presence of dirt or rust, the more the pulling force will decrease.
What is the Business Cycle? Its Importance for Electromagnets
Ø80x60 mm Electromagnet is designed to work uninterruptedly in a 50% duty cycle at an operating voltage of 100V. That is, during product operation, the working and resting periods must be kept equal; it must be restarted after resting for the same duration as it was operated. This value has been determined taking into account the thermal characteristics and limits of the coil.
At a working voltage of 50V, the magnet is suitable for full-time operation (100% duty cycle) and continuous operation. However, in this configuration, the power consumption on the coil decreases, and accordingly, the magnetic pulling force will also decrease compared to the 24V value.
