Made of aerodynamically robust stainless steel, these neodymium missile magnets (bullet magnets) are completely our own production. It is used for cleaning food products and can be used as a magnet in places such as flour factories and soda factories. It does not cause blockage in the flow of food, on the contrary, it allows the produced materials to splash to the edges after hitting the magnet.

Since the missile type magnet is produced as flanged, the magnetic core is mounted vertically between the two pipes where the product flows. Thanks to the distributor compartment on the missile body, the product flows homogeneously onto the magnetized body. The missile magnet can be manufactured from very strong neodymium-iron-boron alloy or Strontium Ferrite magnets. Guides inside the housing ensure that the material is oriented as close as possible to the magnet surface so that the entire product moves within the magnetic field and contacts the magnet.

Assembly and Operation

When the missile magnet is assembled, dry powder or oversized products should be free-falling downwards onto the magnetized core. The free-flowing downward products are dispersed by contact with the conical magnet. The metal particles in the product adhere securely to the body of the magnet. The missile magnet cover, which is manually opened by the operator, is easily cleaned by hand to clean the surface of the magnet.
