High-Gauss 4-Rod Magnetic Filter for Milk Lines – SMS76 Ø25x160 mm

The magnetic filter with SMS76 inlet and outlet connections is a high-efficiency magnetic separation system designed to remove metal particles from products passing through liquid lines. It is especially used in milk production to prevent metal contamination.

The high-Gauss neodymium magnetic rods inside the filter ensure effective capture of iron and magnetic metal particles in the liquid. Its food-grade AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel body fully complies with hygienic production standards and provides superior corrosion resistance.

The SMS76 flanged connection design allows easy integration into standard pipelines. Thanks to its easily removable internal filter structure, cleaning and maintenance operations can be carried out practically.

The minimum capturable Fe particle size is 0.03 mm. The filter magnet can be manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel or AISI 316L stainless steel. The surface of the magnetic bars is polished, while the filter body has a sandblasted surface finish. The unit is fully stainless steel and leak-proof. The tolerance value is ±3 mm.
