The magnetic conveyor systems we manufacture are designed specifically for the process and the material to be transported. The suction power can be produced in a capacity range of 50 – 10,000 kg/m, depending on the application. The magnetic field intensity is designed to be between 1000 and 5000 Gauss on the surface, ensuring optimum performance for different sectors and material types. Complete stainless steel or painted carbon steel body options are offered. Upon request, painting can be done in the desired RAL code.
The magnet structure can be selected within the range of 0°C to 200°C to suit the operating environment. Depending on the requirement, the product can be manufactured in a completely sealed and fully stainless steel structure.
