This bar magnet with a diameter of 25 mm has a length of 140 mm. Our magnetic bar magnets are commonly used as metal separators in the food and plastics industries. By separating metal contaminants from food and plastic materials, they ensure clean, uncontaminated products. This guarantees both food safety and product safety. Any metal particle entering machinery can cause serious damage, and bar magnets effectively prevent this. The material is compliant with food-grade standards and is delivered with certification.

Technical Details

The magnet connection can be configured as single or double-sided. The minimum detectable Fe particle size is 0.03 mm. The protective sleeve of the bar magnet can be manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel or grade 316L stainless steel. The bar magnet surface is polished. It is fully stainless and leak-proof. Upon request, a handle made of chrome, aluminium, or bakelite material can also be added to the magnet. The bar magnet tolerance value is ±1 mm.
