The manual magnetic lifter with a lever used for lifting metal sheets carries heavy metal materials by being attached to magnet cranes or similar devices. It is referred to as PML-1000 magnetic lifter in some sources. The PML 1000 magnetic lifter, which is highly effective in areas where human strength is insufficient, has a carrying capacity of 1000 kg.
How to use a magnetic lifter?
Offering 1000 kg of power, the PML1000 magnetic lifter does not require extra power. The lever lifter system, which does not require electricity, provides permanent power. The magnetic power is activated with the help of the lever on it. If the lever is not pulled, the device does not provide any power and is in the off position.
- Clean the surface of the part you will pull before using the device.
- Bring the magnetic lifter to the center of gravity of your part.
- To activate the device, first lower the magnetic lifter onto the part to be lifted.
- Pull the lever and activate the device.
- After the magnetic power holds your part, lift and carry the metal with the help of a crane or similar.
- When your part reaches the desired position, bring the lever back to the closed position.
!!! IF THE MATERIAL TO BE CARRIED IS THIN LIKE 1 - 2mm, PLEASE CONTACT THE TECHNICAL TEAM!
SINCE THE CARRYING CAPACITY WILL DROP ON THIN MATERIALS, A HIGH-CAPACITY LIFTER SHOULD NOT BE PREFERRED.
