The PML-1500 lever-type magnetic lifter is designed for safe and efficient handling of heavy ferromagnetic materials by attaching to cranes or similar lifting equipment. It is highly effective in applications where manual lifting is insufficient.
With a nominal lifting capacity of 1500 kg, the PML-1500 operates entirely mechanically and does not require electricity. The permanent magnet system provides continuous magnetic force, while the safety locking lever mechanism prevents accidental release, ensuring maximum operational safety.
How to Use the Magnetic Lifter
The PML-1500 delivers 1500 kg lifting capacity without external power.
Clean the surface of the material before use.
Position the lifter at the load’s center of gravity.
Place the magnetic lifter firmly onto the material surface.
Pull the lever to activate the magnetic force.
Once the material is securely held, lift and transport it using a crane.
After positioning, return the lever to the OFF position to release the load.
The device remains inactive when the lever is not engaged.
⚠ Important Warning
If the material thickness is 1–2 mm or similarly thin, consult the technical team before use.
Lifting capacity decreases significantly on thin materials. High-capacity lifters should not be selected for thin sheets.

Magnetic lever lifters generate holding force depending on the thickness of the ferromagnetic material. The thicker the material, the higher the magnetic flux efficiency and holding performance.
Always verify the lifting capacity based on material thickness before operation.

Magnetic lifters provide different holding forces depending on the magnetic permeability of the material.
Maximum performance is achieved on low carbon steel, while the lowest performance is observed on cast iron.
