The PML-600 magnetic sheet metal lifter lever is used by attaching it to cranes or similar devices for lifting metal sheets and carries metal materials weighing up to 600 kg. This lever is also referred to as PML-6 in some sources. PML-600, which is very effective in situations where manpower is not enough, has a carrying capacity of 600 kg.

How to Use Magnetic Leverage?

The PML-600 (PML-6) magnetic lever offers 600 kg of power and does not require an extra power source. The lever lever system, which does not require electricity, provides a permanent magnetic power. The magnetic power is activated with the help of the lever. When the lever is not pulled, the device remains in the off position and does not offer any power.

Steps of use:

Before use, clean the surface of the part to be lifted.

Place the magnetic lever on the center of gravity of the part to be lifted.

To activate the device, lower the magnetic lever onto the part.

Activate the device by pulling the lever.

Once the magnetic force holds the part, lift and move the metal with the help of the crane.

When the part is in the desired position, return the lever to the off position.
