The Ø300 mm Neodymium Magnetic Grate Separator is designed for plastic raw material production lines to prevent metal contamination. It features 9 pieces of Ø25 mm magnetic bars, delivers 10000 Gauss magnetic strength, includes a staggered bar configuration, and has a sealed stainless steel housing. Suitable for operation up to 80°C.

This Ø300 mm Neodymium Magnetic Grid Separator is engineered to efficiently capture ferromagnetic metal particles in plastic granule and recycling production lines. The system contains 9 pieces of Ø25 mm neodymium magnetic bars, arranged in a staggered configuration to maximize contact with the flowing material and prevent metal bypass.

Each bar provides approximately 10000 Gauss magnetic field strength, ensuring effective removal of metal shavings, bolts, welding residues, and iron particles. The sealed stainless steel construction allows safe operation in dusty and heavy-flow industrial environments.

With resistance up to 80°C, the separator can be installed at bunker outlets, silo discharge points, and transfer lines before injection molding or extrusion machines. This protects screws, barrels, and molds from metal damage and ensures continuous production efficiency.
