This Ø300 mm neodymium magnetic Grid is designed to efficiently separate metal contaminants from sugar during production processes. Equipped with Ø25 mm neodymium magnetic rods, it ensures reliable and continuous metal removal in sugar handling lines.

Metal contamination in sugar production poses serious risks to product quality, food safety, and processing equipment. The Ø300 mm neodymium magnetic Grid is specifically engineered to eliminate these risks by providing highly efficient magnetic separation directly within sugar processing lines.

The system features four Ø25 mm high-strength neodymium magnetic rods, strategically positioned to capture ferrous metal particles as sugar passes through the Grid. Its circular Grid design allows uninterrupted material flow while ensuring direct contact between the product and the magnetic field.
