Due to its substantial weight, the manual magnetic lifter requires mounting on cranes or similar equipment. The lifted steel plates and heavy metals cannot be handled manually, necessitating crane assistance. The PML 3000 magnetic manual lifter, highly effective where human power is insufficient, offers a 3000 kg lifting capacity with a safety factor providing 10 tons of breaking force.

How to Use the Manual Magnetic Lifter?

The PML3000 magnetic lifter, offering 3000 kg continuous lifting capacity, requires no additional power source. This electricity-free manual lifting system provides constant force. The magnetic force is activated using the handle. When the handle is not engaged, the device remains inactive and in the closed position.

Operating Instructions

• Clean the surface of the piece to be lifted before use
• Position the magnetic lifter at the center of gravity of your piece
• Lower the magnetic lifter onto the piece to be lifted
• Pull the handle to activate the device
• Once the magnetic force secures the piece, lift and transport using crane assistance
• Return the handle to the closed position when the piece reaches the desired location
