Our DN40 magnetic filters, equipped with 5 neodymium rods measuring Ø25x265 mm, are manufactured in-house and supplied with a Gauss certificate. The inlet and outlet connections of the DN40 magnetic filter are manufactured with flanges.

As standard, it can operate at temperatures up to 80°C. Upon request, we can manufacture a high-temperature-resistant version suitable for operation up to 150°C.

This union-connected magnetic filter, generally used by food-processing companies, is also used in heating and natural gas installations. Our company certifies the magnetic filters it manufactures as suitable for food contact. They are delivered with a food-grade certificate. They can be safely used for metal separation in many food products.

The neodymium magnetic filters we manufacture offer high magnetic attraction strength and are made of SS 304 Grade stainless steel. They are food-grade certified and completely safe for your food products. They can be safely used by all food-processing companies.

The magnetic measurement values of our neodymium magnetic filters comply with BRC and HACCP standards. Our magnetic filters are certified by TÜBİTAK. This certificate will also be supplied with the product upon purchase.

Technical Details

The minimum Fe particle size that can be captured is 0.03 mm. The complete filter magnet can be manufactured from grade 304 or grade 316L stainless steel. The surfaces of the magnetic rods are polished. The filter housing has a sandblasted surface. The entire unit is stainless steel and leakproof. The dimensional tolerance is ±3 mm.

The filter magnets manufactured by our company are available in various designs and configurations to meet different operational requirements. In addition to manually cleaned and easy-clean models, we manufacture jacketed systems with circulating water around the housing and Y-type strainers that can be integrated into heating or cooling lines.
