Our Neodymium 4-piece DN40 magnetic filters with Ø25x290 mm bars are manufactured in-house and certified with Gauss standards. The DN40 magnetic filter's inlet and outlet connections are threaded. As standard, it can work up to 80°C temperature. Depending on the preference, we can provide production resistant to high temperature 150°C.
This magnetic filter with union connection, typically used by food companies, is also employed in central heating and natural gas systems. Our company certifies the magnetic filters it produces as suitable for food contact. Food-grade certified delivery is provided. It can be safely used in metal separation processes for many foods.

The filter body has a sandblasted surface. It is completely stainless steel and leak-proof. The tolerance value is ±3 mm.
