Ø300 mm Ø25x4 8-Hole Neodymium Grid Magnet – High-Precision Metal Separator

The Ø300 mm neodymium grid magnet is designed to prevent metal contamination in granular and powder raw materials. Easily integrated at the outlet of silos or at line inlets, this model contains 8 powerful neodymium magnetic rods arranged in Ø25x4 mm dimensions.

Thanks to its NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) magnetic core, it effectively captures not only larger particles but also micron-sized metal dust, enhancing product purity and process safety. With its AISI 304 stainless steel housing, it is perfectly suited for industries with strict hygiene requirements such as food, plastics, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Its durable and maintenance-free design ensures long-term and efficient magnetic filtration in silo outlets and material flow lines.
